Walbridge is providing pre-construction services for the Benteler Steel Tube Rolling Mill Project. It is located on 300 acres of property at The Port of Caddo-Bossier in northwest Louisiana. Benteler Steel/Tube, based in Paderborn, Germany, announced its selection of the plant location in October 2012. An estimated 675 jobs will be created at the plant.

Port Commission President Erica Bryant has announced that Benteler will bring to the area an estimated 675 full time jobs, more than 1,000 construction jobs and countless indirect jobs when the facility is fully operational.
